Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Legalwise Avukatlık Bürosu (Mustafa Kemal Mahallesi, 2141. Cadde No: 32/4, Çankaya/Ankara) as data controller, within the scope and for the purposes described below.

Purposes of Processing

Personal data you share through the contact and preliminary consultation form is processed to evaluate your request, to contact you, and to respond to you through your preferred contact method (phone, email, WhatsApp or video call).

Categories of Personal Data Processed

Full name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method and language, the practice area you're interested in, individual/corporate applicant information (company name for corporate applicants), and the message content you submit.

Legal Basis

Your data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 because it is necessary for the establishment or exercise of a right and for evaluating your request; where you additionally grant contact consent, that processing is based on your explicit consent.

Transfers

Form data is transferred only to our email delivery infrastructure provider (Resend) to enable email communication; it is not transferred to any other third party or shared for marketing purposes.

Retention Period

Your data is retained until your request is resolved and for the statute-of-limitations periods set out in applicable law. [To be confirmed: the exact period will be updated here once the firm's data retention and destruction policy is finalized.]

Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to exercise the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information if your personal data has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose
• To know the third parties, domestic or foreign, to whom your personal data is transferred
• To request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions set out in the KVKK
• To request that any correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred
• To object to a result that is to your detriment arising solely from automated analysis of your data, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

How to Apply

To exercise the rights above, you may submit your request in writing to info@legalwise.com.tr or to our correspondence address at Mustafa Kemal Mahallesi, 2141. Cadde No: 32/4, Çankaya/Ankara. Your request will be concluded no later than thirty days, as required by Article 13 of the KVKK.
