Our Content Methodology

We share, transparently, how we build and grow this platform.

Our Topic Architecture

Each practice area is broken down into a set of sub-topics. Topics that have already been written appear in the Legal Knowledge Center as live links; topics that have not yet been written are listed openly, but unclickable, marked “In Preparation.” This shows our scope honestly, rather than presenting a missing topic as if it existed.

FAQ & Glossary

Our FAQ Center is built from questions our clients genuinely ask us often. Every term in our Legal Dictionary is defined according to current legislation and practice.

Process Guides

Every stage and deadline in our process guides is drawn exclusively from legal information already verified and published elsewhere on our site — no new article number or deadline is invented. Stated timeframes are the statutory maximums, not a guarantee.

Our Case Law & Legislation Standard

Our Case Law and Legislation Libraries grow one verified entry at a time, sourced only from official case-search systems or the Official Gazette / mevzuat.gov.tr. No unverified decision or article number is published, which is why these sections deliberately start small.

Authorship & Review

Every page states who wrote it and, where applicable, who reviewed it. See our editorial policy for details.

Our Limits

No content on this platform substitutes for legal advice or guarantees the outcome of a specific dispute. If you spot an error, you can report it through our correction policy.
