Does Legalwise have a physical office in Istanbul?
No — our office is in Ankara. We represent clients in Istanbul-based proceedings and institutions, but we are not an Istanbul-based firm and want that to be clear from the start.
Can you still handle my Istanbul court case or property matter if you're based in Ankara?
Yes. Turkish civil procedure allows representation through power of attorney and, where required, appearance by counsel regardless of where the firm's office is located; most of the process can be coordinated remotely.
