Removal of the Objection

A simplified procedure, replacing a full lawsuit, by which the creditor asks the enforcement court to remove the debtor's objection on the basis of specific documents.

For the request to be granted, the claim must be based on a document of the type listed by law (a promissory note, written acknowledgment, etc.).
